Subsitutions

​​Fresh Flowers: Here at Floral Classics, we are committed to delivering your specially selected arrangements on time, with the highest quality product that is as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is rare but sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will always make every effort to maintain the exact "look and feel" of the arrangement by sticking with the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color and we will always contact you for any substitution that we feel may change the expected look of the chosen arrangement. 

Shipping policy

Our store and delivery hours may change for holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we ask that you place your orders at least one day prior to the following holidays:

  • Valentine's Day

  • Easter

  • Mother's Day

  • Christmas Eve

 

Same Day Delivery: If you order before 3:00 pm eastern standard time, we can deliver your order the same day Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area (Ajax), we may require the order to be placed by 2:00 pm for same-day delivery. For same day service on Saturday please order by 12:00 pm.

Specific Times: We are UNABLE to guarantee any specific delivery times, but we will have all orders delivered before 6pm (excluding holidays). You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please call and speak to us in person for guaranteed times.

If No One is Home:  If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may make the decision to leave the gift in a safe place and contact them about the delivery for the recipient to pick up when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call back to arrange for delivery at a later time.

Return/refund policy

Here at Floral Classics, we will do everything in our power to ensure a pleasant and above average customer experience. In the rare occasion the situation does arise where you are not 100% satisfied with your order or customer service, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Data Collected

Floral Classics does not keep any of your personal financial information (e.g. credit card info) in our system. However we will keep your inputted contact information e.g. Name, email, phone number, your order and your recipient information for fulfilling your order and future access to your purchase record should you want to use us again in the future. **and we hope you do!**
