I appreciated the emails sent to keep me updated on the status of the order (when it was confirmed, when the florist was working on the order, order out for delivery). No problems with the actual delivery. The flowers were left on the doorstep, as the recipient wasn't home and they got rained on a bit, but everything turned out fine and the flowers were still beautiful. Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
