**UPDATE** 19-Feb-19 Floral classics responded to my Google review and refunded the delivery charge! The confirmed that all of Ajax is in the free delivery zone. In the Valentine's rush I didn't contact them directly about the charge, which I usually would do, but they fixed it anyway! Now THAT is outstanding customer service IMHO.14-Feb-19 The flowers were beautiful and the same day delivery was great! The only reason for 4 out of 5 is that delivery fee. It said free delivery in Ajax, with an asterisk saying 'within designated area,' but they don't say where that is! (Unless I missed it?) It would be helpful to know if you're using "free delivery" to advertise. Either way, I bought them, paid the $10 fee and mom was thrilled. Can't put a price on that!
